Name:  Dorothy Catalonia

Alternate spellings:  In Japanese (katakana), it looks like the above, with the correct romanji above it.
Age: 15 or 16.  (Pagan says she's the same age as Relena, who is 15.  But I've also heard she's 16)
Origin:  European
Hair color: Blonde Dorothy's hair color.
Eye color: Blue Dorothy's eye.
Affiliation: Romefeller up until her grandfather is killed, then she joins Milliardo in the White Fang.
Family:  Grandfather (Duke Dermail) (DEAD).  I've heard her father was General Catalonia (DEAD); and that her cousin is Treize Khushrenada (DEAD), which would make Mariemaia a cousin.
Why she is the way she is:  Well, from what I hear on the net, her father (General Catalonia) died when she was very young, so she was raised by her war-loving grandfather.  I know nothing about her mother.  Being raised by Duke Dermail, one can imagine that she didn't have a very comforting and loving childhood (like Relena did).  She grew up thinking wars were human nature, and that tragedy and death could not be blamed on wars.  When her grandfather died she didn't cry for him.  When Treize died, she seemed quite shocked and upset.  At the end of the series, she had no living relatives to go back to (unless Mariemaia is her cousin, but I doubt she knew about her).
Odd fact:  According to ParenthoodWeb.com, Dorothy is a Greek name meaning "a gift of god".

Anime Episodes
    Dorothy first appeared in Episode 29, The Heroine of the Battlefield.  She came to Relena's school on behalf of the Romefeller Foundation.  She asks Relena what she would do if someone attacked the Sanc Kingdom.  It was then that she says she loves war for the first time in the series.  She tells Relena that she can call her "Dorothy", but insists that she call Relena "Miss Relena."  At the end of the episode, she is walking out to her car, and there are planes flying above her.  She shouts out "Hurry up and start a war!"
    In Episode 30, Reunion With Relena, she is talking about Heero while pictures of him are tacked up on a wall.  Quatre is on her computer screen.  Then, during Relena's class, she says that Relena's views are admirable.  She then says that people love to fight, and that's why she loves war.  After Relena says something else to her, she says that the Sanc Kingdom is going to take center stage during these times.  As Relena goes to meet Heero and Quatre, she refers to them as "brave knights" who will protect her.
    In Episode 31, The Glass Kingdom, she challenges Heero to a fight, all the while saying that she knows who he is by comparing him to the real Heero Yuy.  He doesn't give anything away, and the match ends when he breaks her mask with his foil.  Later, there is fighting in the Sanc Kingdom, and Relena rushes to stop it.  Dorothy shows up with her car, and tells Relena to hurry, that she doesn't want to miss the fight.  They drive out there, and a big plane is crashing in front of them.  They try to stop, and Heero (in his Gundam), has to shoot in out of the way.  Relena is okay, but Dorothy is unresponsive, and her head is against the steering wheel.  Relena gets out to look at Heero (there's compassion for you, leaving a possibly injured person to go talk with friends).  As her conversation with Noin, Quatre, and Heero draws to a close, Dorothy is tapping her fingers against the steering wheel and says something about Relena and the Gundam pilot.
    In Episode 33, The Lonely Battlefield,  Heero and Relena are in the park, talking.  Heero is about to say something as Dorothy's shadow falls over them.  She apologizes for interrupting, and gives Relena an invitation from the Romefeller Foundation.  Later, Noin and Relena are walking down the steps, Dorothy arrives with her car, and tells Relena that she is going to escort her there.  When Noin asks Relena if she can accompany her, Dorothy says it isn't necessary, and that Relena is Romefeller's special guest.  After Dorothy takes Relena to Romefeller, she watches the meeting from another room.  There, she criticizes the use of mobile dolls, and promises to assist Relena for the time being.
    In Episode 36, Sanc Kingdom's Collapse, Romefeller is attacking the Sanc Kingdom, and Heero (Epyon), Noin (Taurus), and others are defending the kingdom.  Relena is watching all this from her office.  Dorothy did not leave when the other students were evacuated, so when she starts talking, Relena asks why she didn't follow Pagan's instructions.  They have a lengthy conversation about total pacifism, and then Relena decides to stop the fighting by surrendering to Romefeller.  Dorothy connects her to all of the Romefeller connections, and to outer space.  Then, she guarantees Relena's safety by escorting her to Romefeller Foundation.
    In Episode 38, The Birth of Queen Relena, Dorothy walks into Relena's room, and asks if she's ready to go.  She walks with Relena down the long hall, talking about how Relena is going to be Queen.  After Relena makes her speech, Dorothy is the first person to stand up and clap for Relena.
    In Episode 39, Trowa's Return to the Battlefield, Duke Dermail is losing support in the Romefeller Foundation.  After a meeting, a group of Foundation executives are walking into a room; Dorothy is with them.  They want to make Relena chief representative, in name and reality.  One of the executives asks Dorothy if it's right to do that.  She says it is, because Relena can guide the era in the correct direction.
    In Episode 40, A New Leader, Duke Dermail is complaining to Dorothy about the amount of support Relena is receiving from Romefeller.  When Dermail implies to get Relena out of his way, Dorothy persuades him not to, and that he would be the first accused.  She suggests that he go into space, and gather military power there for when Relena fails to advance peace through her current plan.  He leaves for space, and then Dorothy goes to Relena and tells her the good news.  Later, Quinze announces his plans to destroy the OZ Space Force, and Duke Dermail is killed.  Dorothy is quite upset, shouting out "Grandfather!".  Then, she tells him that she won't cry, and that he was magnificent because he died as a brave soldier in battle.
    In Episode 41, Crossfire at Barge, near the end of the episode, "Treize strips Queen Relena" of her title, and she leaves wearing the clothes she wore at the beginning of the series.  Dorothy is watching from a window, and resolves that if Relena is going into space, then so should she.
    In Episode 42, Battleship Libra, Milliardo is in Libra, and a big golden craft is spotted.  Dorothy appears on the screen, and introduces herself.  Milliardo orders his people to shoot her down, since the shuttle belongs to Romefeller.  She talks more about Milliardo, and then asks to be with him so she can take part in the final battle.  She promises to never leave his side.
    In Episode 43, Target:  Earth, Dorothy stands by Milliardo as OZ soldiers take a colony hostage.  Milliardo orders them to take Libra there, and Dorothy fantasizes about the death of the people being a necessary and beautiful sacrifice.  Later, Relena arrives in her shuttle, wanting to convince her brother that he was doing the wrong thing.  He fires, and shoots Earth.  Dorothy calls firing the main cannon a 'test', but Milliardo corrects her and tells her that it was a challenge to Treize.
    In Episode 44, Go Forth, Gundam Team, Dorothy brings Relena to Milliardo, and they talk.  After their discussion, Milliardo asks Dorothy to take Relena to the officer's quarters.  She agrees, and there she and Relena talk about Milliardo.  At one point, she hands Relena a gun, telling her to "stop Mister Milliardo".  Relena won't do it, and Dorothy locks her in the room, telling her to stay there until everything is over.  Later, Dorothy is in the mobile doll control room, using the new system that Milliardo created.  She controls the mobile dolls as the Gundams fight them.  Quatre is using the ZERO system in Sandrock, and comes up with a strategy to counter her.  At one point in the episode, both Quatre and Dorothy simultaneously realize that the other is controlling the enemy forces.  After that breaking moment, she pulls off the helmet, and orders Libra to strike with the main cannon.  Quinze warns her of the risks, but she orders it anyway, and damages Libra.  At the end of the episode, she appears to be in a state of shock that things turned out the way that they did.
    In Episode 45, Signs of the Final Battle, Dorothy is showing Relena the mobile dolls, while talking about Milliardo.  She points out the Mercurius and Vayeate, and tells Relena that the combat data of their test pilots Heero Yuy and Trowa Barton have been programmed into the systems.  She poses the question of who would win if a Gundam pilot fought the mobile dolls programmed with the Gundam pilot's data.  Relena is very confident that Heero would win.  She soon leaves, and Hilde Schbeiker talks to Relena.  Dorothy then goes to where Quinze is ordering the White Fang to attack Peacemillion.  Dorothy tells him that it is futile, and that he would be wasting resources.  Quinze proceeds anyway.  As Hilde is making her escape from Libra, Dorothy suggests using the Mercurius and Vayeate instead of Virgos to go after her.  Quinze does so, and it results in Hilde being seriously wounded.  The Gundams defeat the Peacemillion assault force, and Dorothy tells Quinze a few lines which can be simplified into "I told you so".
